Additionally, Katie has served as General Manager at Halloween Express since 2009, Coordinator for Mission Pottery since May 2012, where the business supports child outreach initiatives, and Assistant Manager at Kitchen Collection/Le Gourmet Chef since 2013. Katie's educational background includes studies at South Central College and Minnesota State University, Mankato.
