Rebecca Hanlon is a Human Resources Assistant at The Kite Academy Trust since November 2021, where responsibilities include operations and training coordination. Previous experience includes nine years at HSBC, serving in various roles such as Corporate Relationship Support Analyst, International Commercial Associate, Commercial Officer, HR Attendance Specialist, and Customer Service Advisor. In these roles, Rebecca focused on relationship management for international customers, administrative support, absence management, and delivering high-quality banking services to business clients. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from the University of Wales, Lampeter, completed in 2004.

THE KITE ACADEMY TRUST
Our Multi Academy Trust (MAT) was formed in October 2015 with five local, good & outstanding schools coming together to provide the very best for all of our children, families and staff. Over the years this has grown and we now have ten academies, with our most recent joining us on 1st March 2022. Our Trust now comprises seven primaries and three infants, along with four nursery provisions, in the Frimley, Mytchett, Ash Vale, Normandy, Farnborough and Farnham areas. Our COIN Centre, at The Grove Primary Academy, has specialist provision for 14 children with specific communication needs.
