Baylie Rubin

Baylie Rubin is an accomplished recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various sectors. Currently serving as the Lead Corporate Recruiter at The Knot Worldwide since June 2021, Baylie has progressed through roles from Corporate Recruiter to Senior Corporate Recruiter, managing high-volume recruitment processes for diverse positions, including entry-level sales and managerial roles. Prior experience includes a Talent Acquisition Coordinator role at Enviva, facilitating an efficient hiring process, and a State Relations Coordinator position at The Washington Center, among other internships and roles. Baylie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Dickinson College and has also studied at the University of East Anglia.
