Doris Rivera

Doris Rivera is a seasoned technical program manager with a proven track record in leading major initiatives within the e-commerce and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the Lead Technical Program Manager at The Knot Worldwide since January 2022, Doris successfully directed the re-platforming of the company's Paper e-commerce products and spearheaded a comprehensive rebranding effort. Prior to this role, Doris held the position of Technical Project Manager at Charles Schwab from July 2014 to December 2021, where responsibilities included orchestrating the integration of client service centers and managing the account creation process for over 1 million accounts worth $80 billion in assets. Doris also gained valuable experience as a Client Service Professional at Charles Schwab, where effective communication and leadership skills were demonstrated by servicing numerous clients daily and managing a team of over 12 employees.
