Emily Alexander is a Senior Director, Assistant General Counsel at The Knot Worldwide. Prior to their current role, Emily gained experience as an Associate Attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and an Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP. Emily has a strong background in corporate law, corporate governance, and M&A transactions. Emily holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. in Government/Chinese from William & Mary.
