Marta Martinho is a Senior HRIS and Financial Systems Analyst at The Knot Worldwide since January 2022, where expertise in Oracle HCM enhances HR operations and ensures system stability. Previously, Marta served as a Business Analyst and Senior Product Support Analyst at Infor from May 2013 to December 2021, leading implementations and optimizing financial systems for multiple countries while mentoring new hires and achieving high customer satisfaction. Earlier experience includes internships at M&A Fusiones y Adquisiciones and OC&C Strategy Consultants, contributing to consultancy projects and data analysis. Marta holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Corporate Finance from Católica-Lisbon School of Business and Economics, as well as an undergraduate degree in Economics from NOVA School of Business and Economics, complemented by an exchange program at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management.
