Kirk Taylor

Kirk Taylor is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in building and scaling teams across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Talent at a stealth startup since August 2024, Kirk specializes in assembling teams for top startups backed by investors such as Sequoia and a16z. Previously, as Talent Lead at The Knowledge Society from October 2022 to July 2024, Kirk implemented processes for organizational growth and recruited world-class coaching talent. As Talent Manager at Heliolytics, which was acquired by Zietview, Kirk successfully scaled the team from 35 to over 100 employees. Earlier roles included contributions to BrainStation and Toronto Metropolitan University, focusing on talent partnerships, recruitment, and operational management. Kirk holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Design Thinking Certificate from BrainStation.
