Bar Team

The Bar Team at The Kollege Klub in Madison, WI is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, mixing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring a vibrant atmosphere, and managing events. Under the direction of Shift Leads and the Events/Creative Director, the team works collaboratively to optimize customer experience and operational efficiency. Bar Backs support the Bartenders by keeping supplies stocked and the bar organized.
