Art Garcia, MPH, is an experienced professional in strategic learning, research, and evaluation, currently serving as the Interim Co-lead and Strategic Learning & Evaluation Officer at The Kresge Foundation since May 2021. Garcia fosters an equity-centered approach in grantmaking and evaluation, managing the foundation's budget and leading practices aimed at promoting justice and inclusion.
