Wendy Lewis Jackson

Wendy Lewis Jackson has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as the Managing Director of the Detroit Program at The Kresge Foundation since January 2008, where previous roles included Deputy Director, Senior Program Officer, and Program Officer. Prior experience includes serving as Program Director and Executive Director of Education Initiatives at the Grand Rapids Community Foundation from August 1993 to December 2007. Wendy Lewis Jackson holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communications from the University of Michigan, as well as a Master’s of Social Work with a focus on Social Policy from the same institution.
