Brianna Kramer

Brianna Kramer serves as the Senior Manager of Corporate Retail Operations and Sustainability at Kroger since December 2020, following a tenure at TiER1 Performance Solutions where roles included Senior Consultant and Consultant, focusing on Change Management, Experiential Learning, and Communications. Brianna's earlier experience includes positions at Northern Kentucky University as a Graduate Assistant in both the College of Health Professions and the Department of Psychological Sciences, as well as roles in Organizational Development and a summer internship with the Kentucky Wesleyan College Alumni Association. Brianna holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Kentucky Wesleyan College.
