Erica Gaier

Erica Gaier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in eCommerce operations, project management, and change management. Currently serving as the Director of eCommerce Operations & Experience at Kroger since February 2019, Erica has held various roles within the company, including Senior Business Owner and Business Owner. Prior experience includes consulting at TiER1 Performance Solutions, where Erica focused on project and change management, notably as the Change Management Site Lead for an Oracle implementation at PPG in Pittsburgh. Erica's leadership skills were further exemplified during tenure as Chief Executive Officer of Flyer Enterprises, a significant student-run business, and through previous roles in project management and sales internships. Erica holds a degree in Finance and Operations Management from the University of Dayton.
