Jacob Lamping

Jacob Lamping is an experienced professional in industrial engineering and inventory management. Currently serving as Assistant Process Change Manager and Inventory Planning Manager at Kroger since July 2019, Jacob has successfully managed significant projects such as the kitting project for Kroger Health, coordinating the creation of over 300,000 kits and enhancing ordering strategies that increased capacity by over 200%. Prior experience includes roles as E-Commerce Assistant Buyer at Kroger, where purchasing and vendor relationship management were pivotal. Jacob also held leadership roles at the University of Louisville, including Cardinal Guide Logistics Team Leader and Cardinal Guide, and completed an Industrial Engineer Co-op at Lantech, where efficiency and inventory control were key focuses.
