Joe Baker

Joe Baker has over 39 years of experience in industrial engineering, currently serving as the Senior Manager of the Industrial Engineering Department at The Kroger Company since January 1996. Prior to this role, Joe worked as an Industrial Engineer in manufacturing and retail at Kroger from 1996 to 2008, and held positions at Rickel Home Centers and Pathmark Stores, Inc., from 1992 to 1992 and 1984 to 1992, respectively. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University, which was obtained between 1979 and 1984.
