Matt Lee-Prusinowski

Matt Lee-Prusinowski is an experienced inventory and merchandise professional with a strong background in retail operations. Currently serving as an Inventory Planning Manager in Inventory Optimization at Kroger since May 2024, Matt previously held various buyer and e-commerce planning roles at Big Lots from January 2016 to May 2024. Additional experience includes a position as Assistant Merchant at EXPRESS and participation in the Merchant in Training Program at Big Lots Stores. Early career roles involved office assistant work at Maurer School of Law and positions in sales and merchandising at Indiana University and Holiday World and Splashing Safari. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Merchandising from Indiana University, complemented by a Business Minor from the Kelley School of Business.
