Michael Clark

Michael Clark, Jr. is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software engineering and customer experience technologies. Currently serving as the Head of CX Platform Technologies within Customer Technology at Kroger since June 2012, Michael has held various managerial roles focused on mobile and web technology platforms, including Advanced Software Engineering Manager and Software Engineering Manager for Kroger's Consumer Mobile Application. In addition to industry experience, Michael has contributed academically as an Adjunct Lecturer in the Computer Science department at Northern Kentucky University from August 2015 to July 2023, teaching advanced programming, software testing, and maintenance courses. Michael holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Computer Science and an Executive MBA, reinforcing a blend of technical expertise and business acumen.
