Timothy A. Massa

Mr. Massa was elected Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Labor Relations in June 2018 and is responsible for all areas of HR and Labor Relations, including Total Rewards, Labor Relations, Diversity, People Operations, Training and Development, Talent Hiring, Leadership Development, Organization Design, Retention, and Engagement. He joined Kroger in October 2010 as Vice President, Corporate Human Resources and Talent Development and was elected Group Vice President of Human Resources and Labor Relations in June 2014. Prior to joining Kroger, he served in various Human Resources leadership roles for 21 years at Procter & Gamble, most recently serving as Global Human Resources Director of Customer Business Development.
