Valerie L. Jabbar

Valerie Jabbar has had an extensive career in the grocery retail industry, starting from a clerk position at Fry's in 1987 and working their way up to senior leadership roles at Kroger. Valerie has held various key positions in merchandising and leadership, overseeing multiple divisions and leading teams to achieve company and division goals. Currently, as the Senior Vice President of Retail Divisions at Kroger, Valerie is responsible for nine grocery retail divisions. In their previous roles as Division President at Ralphs and Vice President of Merchandising at both Ralphs and Mid-Atlantic divisions, Valerie has shown great leadership and strategic planning skills in growing sales and market share while prioritizing the well-being of their associates.
