Darrell Spaulding started in the Property Management Division of The Kucera Companies in 2000. Over the next 15 years, Darrell ascended within the company leadership assuming more responsibilities and positions including Chief Operating Officer, Principal, Partner, and in 2013, replaced the company founder, Gerald Kucera, as President & CEO.
His responsibilities include developing and implementing company growth strategies, client relationships, long range goals, strategies, and policies.
Prior to joining Kucera, Darrell spent 11 years with the State Bar of Texas in operations and real estate. Darrell graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Business Communications.
