Gay Ruggiano

Gay Ruggiano has extensive experience in commercial real estate brokerage and leasing, currently specializing in land development, retail, and office sales at The Kucera Companies since 1994. Previously, Gay worked as a commercial broker at Carpenter & Associates/The Kucera Companies from 1979, holding leadership roles including president and vice president at Carpenter & Associates, Inc. from 1979 to 1994. Gay's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, and Communications from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as studies in Hula at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a brief educational tenure at Texas State University and Universidad Internacional.
