Jeff Henley

Jeff joined The Kucera Companies in 1983. During this time he has been a property manager, leasing agent and commercial broker. He has also performed as an asset manager with responsibility for supervising a portfolio of office buildings valued in excess of $100 million.

Jeff specializes in office building brokerage and building representation with a current portfolio exceeding 2 million square feet. For almost 20 years he has consistently been among the top producing commercial brokers in Austin, ranking 1st in the 2013 Austin Business Journal Real Estate Heavy Hitters. In addition to servicing the local business community he has assisted in transactions with major corporations including Aetna, Merrill Lynch, Time Magazine, Wall Street Journal, Exxon, OKI Semiconductor, LG Semicon, Fairchild Semiconductor and Bank of America.

He is a graduate of The University of Texas where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in finance.
