Luke Drolet

Luke Drolet joined The Kucera Companies in 2009 and currently serves as Partner and Chief Operating Officer. With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, he is responsible for implementing company policy and guiding Kucera’s leasing, management, and accounting staff to consistently achieve the highest level of operational and financial results for their customers, clients and investors.​

Before joining Kucera, he spent twelve years with the Houston-based commercial real estate firm of Yancey-Hausman. After seven years serving as their Office Division head, he spent the five heading up their Austin operations overseeing all leasing, brokerage, management, and development operations. Prior to Yancey-Hausman, Luke spent twelve years with Trammell Crow in their Institutional Advisory Group serving as Asset and Portfolio Manager.
