Carolyn R. Leonforte Howard

Carolyn R. Leonforte Howard is the Founder and CEO of Blueprints 4 Keys, a company established in June 2020 that specializes in managing long and short-term rentals to create passive income streams. With over fifteen years of experience in the rental industry, expertise and resources are shared with clients to foster success. Carolyn also serves as a Business Development Intern at The KYO Group since June 2023. Previous military experience includes various leadership roles in the United States Air Force, such as Staff Superintendent and Flight Chief, spanning from November 2003 to May 2023. Carolyn holds an Associate Degree in Information Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at American Military University.
