Laure Chevallier is a French creative entrepreneur and co-founder of The Lab Concepts and The Lab Saigon, where they focus on innovative food, beverage, and hospitality concepts. With experience in strategic planning from TBWA\RAAD and project management with Louvre Hôtels, Laure has successfully launched nearly 10 hospitality projects and built a team of 200, serving around 50,000 walk-ins monthly across their cafes and lounges. In addition to their co-director role, they founded Bakes Saigon, a French patisserie brand recognized for its exciting and thoughtful pastries.
