The Ladder Method
Arian Dehnavizadeh is a Junior Coach at The Ladder Method, specializing as a subject tutor and Executive Functioning coach since January 2025. Currently, Arian is a tutor at Diablo Valley College, serving students at the Math & Engineering Center and the Academic Support Center, focusing on Calculus, Physics, and Computer Science. Additionally, Arian provides private tutoring through Grade Potential Tutoring and has experience as an instructor for AP courses at BEEC Inc. from August 2023 to January 2025. Arian previously worked as a Coding Instructor at Code Ninjas from April 2022 to May 2023. Arian is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at UCLA Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science, expected to graduate in June 2026, and holds a High School Diploma from San Ramon Valley High School.

The Ladder Method
The Ladder Method is a full-service education consulting company. We provide two tiers of services: Adults: Executive Coaching and Executive Functioning Coaching Kids/Teens: Executive Functioning coaching to academic support services including study skills, test prep, ISEE/ERB, and academic tutoring. The Ladder Method program aims to have our clients achieve independence from active support. Our transformational process takes approximately 18 months to two years depending on the neurodiversity of the client.
