Elena Talbott Brown has several years of experience in various roles within client services, operations, and strategic partnerships. Elena Talbott is currently the Director of Client Services and Program Manager at The Ladder Method since May 2022. Previously, they worked at Streamline Tutors, where they served as the Chief Client & Operations Officer from June 2018 to August 2021, and as the Director of Operations from October 2016 to June 2018. Before that, they held positions at Consero Group, including Director and Manager of Strategic Partnerships from March 2015 to July 2016, and November 2012 to February 2015, respectively.
Elena Talbott Brown holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Women's & Gender Studies from Vanderbilt University.

The Ladder Method
The Ladder Method is a full-service education consulting company. We provide two tiers of services: Adults: Executive Coaching and Executive Functioning Coaching Kids/Teens: Executive Functioning coaching to academic support services including study skills, test prep, ISEE/ERB, and academic tutoring. The Ladder Method program aims to have our clients achieve independence from active support. Our transformational process takes approximately 18 months to two years depending on the neurodiversity of the client.
