Alison Gilbert

Alison Gilbert has been working in the Human Resources field since 1997. Alison began their career as an HR Manager at Sodexho Prestige, before moving on to become a Regional HR Manager at Compass All Leisure in 2000. In 2004, they became the Head of HR at BaxterStorey, and then in 2008 they became the Human Resources Director at CH&CO. In 2019, they started their own consulting business, Alison Gilbert Consulting, where they specialize in helping and supporting business owners with their HR needs. In 2021, they became the Human Resources Director at The Lakes Distillery.

Alison Gilbert has completed the Institute of Directors - Non Executive Director Development Course.
