Alison O’Neill

Alison Orwin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in urban planning and policy. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Officer at VicGrid since June 2024, Alison has previously held key roles such as Senior Principal Planning Policy Officer at the Royal Borough of Greenwich and Senior Planning Policy Officer at Southwark Council, both focusing on Climate and Energy Planning Policy. Additional experience includes positions at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning, and Glen Eira City Council, where Alison progressed through various roles from Urban Planner to Senior Strategic Planner. Alison holds a Master of Urban Planning and Environment from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Environmental Science in Wildlife Conservation from Deakin University.
