Chelsea Kendrick

Chelsea Kendrick, LCSW, is a dedicated mental health professional currently serving as the Principal Owner of Headwaters Mental Health LLC and a therapist at Lakes Region Mental Health Center. With a focus on outdoor, nature-based therapeutic sessions, Chelsea promotes mindfulness, resilience, and self-confidence through innovative practices in the Mount Washington Valley area of New Hampshire. As the Principal Consultant for Off Trail Consulting, Chelsea supports organizations in enhancing their program quality, and has recently developed a pilot grantmaking program for the NH Charitable Foundation. Chelsea's extensive experience includes an integrated care internship, crisis evaluation, and leadership roles in wilderness expedition programs. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of North Carolina Asheville.
