Chelsea Lemke, LICSW, MLADC, is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in both substance use and community mental health services. Currently serving as the Director of Substance Use Services at Lakes Region Mental Health Center since November 2019, Chelsea oversees integrated care for adults facing co-occurring substance use and mental health issues. Prior experience includes roles as Community Support Program Director at Lakes Region Mental Health Center, Clinical Coordinator at Genesis Behavioral Health, and Adult Therapist at The Common Man Family. Chelsea's educational background includes a Master of Social Work from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from St. Lawrence University, complemented by various internships and positions focused on social work and mental health support.
