Deborah Pendergast

Deborah Pendergast holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and an Executive Fire Officer credential from the National Fire Academy. Currently serving as Team Lead for the NH Lakes Region CISM Team and Mental Health and Wellness Coordinator for the NH Fire Academy and EMS, Deborah possesses extensive experience in mental health and emergency services. Deborah's past leadership roles include serving as past President of the Lakes Region Mental Health Center Board of Directors, Deputy Fire Chief at the Laconia Fire Department, and Director at the State of NH Fire Academy & EMS. Additionally, Deborah is actively involved with Women in Fire as an Advisory Board member and has been a member/peer counselor for GRANITE STATE CRITICAL INCIDENT STRESS.
