Poonam Tyagi

Poonam Tyagi is currently serving as the General Manager of Corporate Human Resources at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group since December 2021. Previously, Poonam held the position of Senior General Manager of HR & Administration at BLIQ Trading Private Limited from April 2019 to March 2020, where responsibilities included heading PAN India HR operations and implementing HR systems and processes. Poonam also worked at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group from February 2014 to April 2019 as Corporate Head HR, focusing on HR operations, training, and performance management strategies. Earlier career experience includes roles such as Senior Manager HR at Jubilant Energy (2007-2014), Associate Head HR at DS Group (2005-2007), and Deputy Manager HR at Indfos Industries Ltd. (2000-2005). Poonam holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a major in HR from Guru Ram Rai Institute of Science & Technology, completed in 1997.
