Vinod Krishnan is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over 17 years in various esteemed hospitality organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group since January 2020, Vinod previously held key HR leadership roles at Vijan Hotels Pvt Ltd, Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, and Thomas Hotels and Resorts Pvt Ltd. With a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development, Vinod has demonstrated expertise in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including performance management, training, and employee engagement. Vinod holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from NIBM and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Calicut University.
