Niall Woods

Niall Woods is an experienced development manager currently with The Land Development Agency since November 2023. Prior to this role, Niall worked as a project manager for corporate real estate services at Diageo from January to December 2022. Niall has held positions at Savills Ireland, including associate director from August 2021 to January 2022, and senior surveyor from September 2014 to July 2018. Niall also worked at JLL Ireland as a senior surveyor from April 2019 to August 2021, and began the career as a graduate surveyor at Savills Ireland. Academically, Niall holds a Master of Science in Urban Regeneration & Development from Technological University Dublin, a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Aberdeen, and a Bachelor of Arts in English & Geography from University College Dublin.
