Jonathan Nielsen

Jonathan Nielsen is an experienced medical interpreter and healthcare professional with a background in Spanish-English interpretation and aesthetic medicine. Currently serving as a Medical Interpreter at THE LANGUAGE GROUP, LLC since April 2022, Jonathan has honed skills in consecutive and simultaneous interpretation, and sight translation. Previous roles include Aesthetic Medical Assistant at Modern Aesthetic Institute, where responsibilities encompassed medical scribing, aesthetic treatment consultations, and emergency triage. Jonathan also gained ophthalmic experience as an Ophthalmic Technician at Bakersfield Eye Institute. Educationally, Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Hispanic Culture with a minor in Biology from Eastern Mennonite University and has completed training in medical interpretation through Blue Ridge AHEC.
