Lorien Picou, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR management and benefits administration. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at The Language Group, LLC since August 2017, Lorien has previously held senior HR management roles at Greenleaf VI Inc./Whittier Health Network from May 2005 to August 2017, where responsibilities included direct supervision of HR staff, collaboration with Corporate HR on strategic initiatives, and oversight of employee performance management and training. Lorien's earlier experience includes roles at Millennium Management as Benefits Director and at EMG in client services management.
