Martha U. has a long and varied work history. Martha began their career in 1991 working for Sprint as a Program Manager and Customer Service Representative. In the same year, they also worked as a lifeguard for The Walt Disney Company. In 2009, they became the owner of The Bubble Years Photography. In 2010, they began volunteering as an Administrative Leader for Bible Study Fellowship. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Payroll Administrator/Bookkeeper for Jaxis Custom Solutions. In 2016, they worked as a Campaign Coordinator for the Campaign for Kevin Roberts for Texas House of Representative, Dist. 126. Finally, from 2017 to the present, they have been a District Director for Representative Kevin Roberts and a Facilities Manager and Executive Assistant to Kevin Roberts at The Lanier Law Firm.

Martha U. attended Georgia Southern University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree.
