David Hughes is an experienced professional in the audio production and real estate industries. As Executive Producer at Shine On Studio since June 2001, David specializes in vocal recording for music, podcasts, voiceovers, and ADR, honing mixing skills for top-quality audio post-production. In addition, David serves as a Mastering Engineer at Dark Side Mastering and mentors audio production students for the Recording, Radio, Film & Culinary Connection. David has also worked as a Leasing Agent for Lapham Company since January 2004, managing residential apartment rentals in Alameda County. Before these roles, David gained experience as Promotions Director at KSMC and as a Regional Marketing Representative for CMJ. David holds a BA in Communication from Saint Mary's College of California and has obtained Real Estate Sales Licenses from The CE Shop and Anthony Schools of Real Estate.
