Ed Martin

Ed Martin is an accomplished advisor and leadership coach with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as an Advisor and Leadership Coach at The Larkin Company since October 2017, Ed has previously founded Thought Loft and held leadership roles at Pandora Internet Radio, Atheros Communications (Qualcomm), Xilinx, and Pixar Animation Studios. Ed's expertise includes executive coaching, learning and development strategies, and participation in executive teams and board sessions. With a B.S. in Business from San Jose State University and credentials in coaching from the Academy of Coaching and NLP, Ed also holds a background in holistic nutrition from Bauman College and military experience from the United States Air Force.
