Tom Larkin

Tom Larkin is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in client services and disability plan consulting. Since founding The Larkin Company in January 2001, Tom has served as Chairman of the Board and CEO, focusing on client relations and business growth. Prior to this, Tom was the Vice President of Client Services at Matrix Absence Management, where responsibilities included consulting on disability plans. As Co-founder and Executive Vice President of Oliver & Larkin, Inc., Tom specialized in evaluating the financial viability of self-insured disability benefits. Tom holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from California State University - East Bay and has studied at San Francisco Law School.
