His position encompasses all tax and accounting functions for the company, as well as capital and operational budgets, monthly variance analyses with recommended corrective actions, and the development of financial and accounting policies and procedures. Hemant also develops and monitors financial controls within The Larkin Group, oversees revenue cycle management, and fosters banking relationships.
