Todd Wells

As Vice President of Operations for Lash Group, Mr. Wells is responsible for leading the Business Governance, Launch Center of Excellence, and Business Process Improvement functions. The Operations Excellence team partners with the various functions to achieve optimal operational effectiveness and efficiency while acting as change champions for key initiatives within the organization.

Mr. Wells is a passionate leader with a proven track record of leading global, cross-functional initiatives focused on growth, productivity, and business transformation. He believes in focusing on simplicity and empowering teams to achieve unprecedented levels of performance.

Before joining Lash Group, Mr. Wells had the opportunity to serve in various roles at 3 Fortune 500 companies where he gained extensive leadership experience in all operational aspects of sales, service, marketing, supply chain, and finance functions. He received a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech in Atlanta, GA, and a Certificate in Biomedical Engineering from Oxford University in Oxford, England. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
