Burt Demarche

Burt DeMarche, the President of The LaurelRock Company, is an experienced business professional with expertise in financial planning and forecasting, sales development, coaching and mentoring, LEAN management, and recruiting. Prior to their current role, Burt served as an Assistant Store Manager at Young's Nurseries. Burt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture and Business from the University of Connecticut.
