Michael Abrahams is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial transactions, corporate governance, insolvency, mergers & acquisitions, and commercial advisory. Michael has held key roles in various prestigious organizations such as New Frontiers Legal, The Law Society of NSW, Axicom Pty Ltd, and Hall & Wilcox. Michael's diverse background also includes financial analysis and policy work at NSW Treasury, as well as a legal secondment at the NSW Crown Solicitor's Office. Michael holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University, as well as a Masters of Law - Commercial Transactions from The College of Law Australia.
