Premilla Shan

Premilla Shan currently serves as the Finance Continuous Improvement Lead at The Law Society since November 2023. Prior to this role, Premilla held multiple positions at Cognita Schools from June 2021 to September 2023, including Financial Controller for the United Kingdom and Head of Financial Reporting for Europe (excluding Spain). Between January 2017 and December 2020, Premilla worked at GEMS Education as VP Finance Europe and Financial Controller. Earlier experience includes roles at Peabody as Senior Management Accountant and Finance Business Partner, and at MOLA (Museum of London Archaeology) as Interim Finance Director and Financial Accountant. Premilla's career began in the early 2000s with positions including Systems Implementation at The Change Group International, External Audit Preparation at HKR Architects, and various accounting roles at SPS Technologies and The Writers' Publishing House Sdn Bhd.
