David Fraim is the Finance Manager at Lawson, where he focuses on the placement of debt and equity and the financial performance of portfolio assets. In his role, David contributes to all aspects of the financing process and works closely with investors and lenders in managing each transaction through closing. Additionally, David is responsible for analyzing the Lawson property portfolio and supports the execution of portfolio projects, including real estate refinancings, rehabilitations, and dispositions in Virginia. David is also actively involved in the administration of legal entities and the management of Lawson’s capital partner network.
Prior to joining Lawson, David worked in the commercial credit division of a major regional banking institution and with the development group of a large full-service real estate company.
David holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, with concentrations in finance and entrepreneurship, from William and Mary’s Raymond A. Mason School of Business.
