Devona Gunn

Devona Gunn is a Regional Property Manager with over 15 years of industry experience. She manages a portfolio of both conventional and tax credit properties.

Devona earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Tech and a Master of Education degree from Cambridge College. She is a NAA Certified Apartment Manager designee (CAM), a Housing Credit Certified Professional, and a Virginia Real Estate Salesperson licensee. Devona began working in Property Management during her collegiate years in the hotel industry. After undergrad, she worked for 2.5 years as a Property Manager in Hampton Roads.

Devona decided to switch gears and taught High School Geometry and then chaired the Special Education Department in elementary school for 6 years before returning to Property Management. Her diverse educational background and work experience bring an array of upstanding values, work ethic and talent to Lawson. Devona believes that a successful team is built on team work, understanding, and being kind to one another.
