Marla Posey

Marla has held senior executive and regional roles for both nationally ranked and regionally based owner-developers and property management firms where she gained experience in luxury development, market rate housing, corporate living, co-living, and the affordable housing sector. Marla is an experienced operator of various building types; high-rise, mid-rise and garden-style developments in urban core areas, metro-burbs and suburban markets. She is a national multifamily keynote and education speaker, a faculty member at the National Apartment Association Education Institute, and a regular contributor to industry trade publications.
