The LCADA Way
Michael W. Plas, MSW, LSW, CPRS-S, currently serves as a Licensed Social Worker at The LCADA Way since October 2022 and has been a Chapter Lead for Young People in Recovery since June 2017, facilitating community-led support for young individuals in recovery. Previously, Michael held the position of Correctional Program Coordinator at the Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services from January 2021 to October 2022 and worked as a Program Coordinator at Let's Get Real, INC from November 2018 to February 2022. Michael's experience also includes roles as a Chemical Dependency Counselor at Sprenger Health Care Systems and various service positions in the hospitality sector. Michael holds a Master of Social Work from Youngstown State University, along with additional qualifications in social work and addiction counseling from Youngstown State University and Lorain County Community College.
