Benedict Hughes

Benedict Hughes is an experienced professional in deal advisory, currently serving as the Head of Deal Advisory at The LCap Group since October 2023. Prior to this role, Benedict has held positions including Director of Deal Advisory at Drax Executive, focusing on private equity client support, and Associate Director at Bain & Company, where responsibilities included developing operational processes and executing search mandates for the Private Equity Group. Earlier experience includes a Senior Associate role at Bohill Partners, specializing in searches and talent due diligence, and a brief tenure as a Parliamentary Assistant at the House of Commons. Benedict holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) in Philosophy, Logic and Scientific Method from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and has completed Advanced Level (A-Level) studies in Economics, Government & Politics, and Law at South Cheshire College.
